1. Product Introduction


Based on years of R&D in precision heavy-duty CNC machine tools, our company independently developed a series of friction stir deposition solid-phase additive manufacturing machines, primarily targeting additive manufacturing and processing of large-sized critical load-bearing components in aerospace, military, rail transit, and new energy industries. To meet customer demands, we have independently developed additive manufacturing equipment such as spindle coaxial wire feeding, lateral wire feeding, and lateral powder feeding systems.


II. Main Features of the Equipment


The spindle coaxial wire feeding structure for friction stir additive manufacturing equipment boasts the following core advantages:


Pre-softening of the mold cavity with low deposition pressure: The material does not rotate while the spindle drives the deposition cover to rotate. The friction between the material and the mold achieves pre-softening of the raw material in the mold cavity. After the softened material is extruded, it is deposited layer by layer. The deposition pressure is significantly reduced, making it particularly suitable for additive manufacturing of weak-rigidity components.


High-efficiency continuous additive manufacturing with high automation: Integrated functions include automatic loading, feeding, and continuous additive processes, enhancing manufacturing efficiency and consistency.


Full-process Precision Sensing and Monitoring: Equipped with high-precision force sensors and temperature sensors, it collects force, torque, and temperature data in real time.


Humanized Operation and Integrated Parameter Control: The control panel enables centralized monitoring, display, and storage of key parameters such as feed speed, pressure, torque, spindle speed, torque, additive speed, upsetting force, and mold temperature. Data acquisition frequency is ≥500Hz, with an accuracy of ≥1%.


High-torque electric spindle, supporting non-standard customization: The spindle is driven by a built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor, featuring high power and high torque output capabilities. The equipment supports non-standard customization, flexibly adapting to diverse requirements.
