Features

This series of CNC vertical lathes is a variant of the CK52-D series products.

The worktable and worktable base adopt an integral casting heat symmetric structure, and the worktable adopts a short spindle structure. The spindle is equipped with a set of NN3000K double row short cylindrical roller bearings, and the inner ring has a 1:12 taper. The clearance of the bearing can be adjusted to ensure high-precision rotation of the worktable and a high working life.

The flat circular guide rail of the workbench adopts a constant current static pressure composite guide rail, and the pressure oil is injected into the oil chamber by a high-precision, equal flow gear oil separator to ensure the required oil film thickness and axial runout accuracy under the load of the workbench. A thrust bearing is installed on the upper part of the spindle to apply a preload. To ensure the oil film stiffness and minimal end face runout of the static pressure guide rail.

The main transmission of the machine tool is driven by a vertical and AC servo motor, and then through a two speed gearbox on the vertical shaft, to achieve the speed range of the worktable. The gears in the gearbox adopt helical gear transmission, and the gears adopt quenching cutting technology to achieve high transmission accuracy and efficiency, while reducing transmission vibration and noise.
