The worktable and worktable base adopt an integral casting heat symmetric structure, and the worktable adopts a long spindle structure. The spindle is equipped with two sets of NN3000K double row short cylindrical roller bearings. The worktable guide rail adopts dynamic pressure guide rail or constant current static pressure guide rail, ensuring that the machine tool has high rotational accuracy and sufficient rigidity, strength, and thermal stability.

The horizontal guide rail of the tool holder adopts unloading guide rail, sliding guide rail or constant current static pressure guide rail, and the vertical movement adopts sliding guide rail.

The main transmission adopts a horizontal gearbox, which achieves the speed range of the worktable through a two speed, four speed, or 16 speed transmission mechanism.

According to user needs, closed-loop control, grinding function, internal tool setting device, cooling device and other functional components can be provided.
